June

Cannon Beach Sandbuilding Contest

Saturday, June 7th

Come help us build a sandcastle (or Jaguar!) designed by our

famous/infamous jewelry designer Rick Martin.

Castlebuilding starts at 8:00 am and goes through 1:00 pm.

Stay the night before to be part of the building, or come down

Saturday morning for some relief work, or just to cheer us on!

“Why not a Jaguar?”

At 5:00 pm we’ll attend dinner nearby at the monthly Oyster Feed (they

have white fish too) at the American Legion. Twelve oysters, salad bar,

baked potato, roll and coffee for only $12.00! And boy, are they good!!

Contact Don Myers or Linda Frank at 503-222-1222 or

shoebiz@easystreet.net.

We need to hear from you by May 1st so we can make arrangements for the contest and lodging. Motels start as low as $75 plus tax in nearby Seaside.
